Domestic Shipping Policy

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders within the United States. All domestic shipments will include tracking and require a signature upon delivery. We do not offer alternative shipping methods for domestic orders.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that custom or made-to-order items may take 7 to 14 business days for processing. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During times of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email.

Please allow additional time for delivery, particularly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen events. If there are any significant delays in processing or shipment, we will notify you promptly.

Overnight Delivery

Overnight delivery is available only for orders within the continental United States. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that occasional delivery delays may occur, particularly due to weather or carrier issues.

Damages and Lost Items

Islamic Relics is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and the damaged items until the claim is resolved.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. International orders are typically processed via USPS Express, which provides tracking. Delivery times typically range from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination. Please be aware that delays may occur due to customs processing, border control regulations, or peak holiday seasons.

For expedited or fully insured shipping with signature confirmation, we offer FedEx Express and DHL. If you prefer these services, please contact us prior to placing your order.
